I have a deep love and respect for nature. As such, UNI101 embraces the "R's" of recycling. While they vary, UNI101 strives to maintain the following at the very least.

"Reduce. Reuse. Repurpose. Recycle."

What does that mean? It means no two items will be exactly the same! Many of the products are handmade by upcycling delivery boxes, several natural ingredients are locally sourced and hand-collected, and other items are specifically chosen for their ability to be reused or repurposed if not recycled.

Spiritual Tea Baths

Q&A

Q) What is a Spiritual Tea Bath?

  • A type of herbal-infused bath ritual with a specific intention, or purpose, behind it.

Q) What kind of Spiritual Tea Baths are there?

  • There are baths for nearly everything. However, UNI101 only focuses on five: Shielding & Protection, Cleansing & Purification, Healing & Self-Love, Spiritual Development, and Luck, Money & Abundance.

Q) Are Spiritual Tea Baths "legit"?

  • Spiritual Baths and the intentions behind them are all about believing and connecting with the universal energies around us. Just because you can't see the energy doesn't mean it isn't there. Depending on your level of belief will determine how well you connect with the universal energies to manifest (or bring about) your intentions (goals/purpose). This is based on the relationship between spirituality and the science of quantum physics. Tea Baths are also rooted in history, having been used by many ancient civilizations for their many beneficial properties.

Q) How are ingredients chosen for Spiritual Tea Baths?

  • Ingredients are chosen based on their metaphysical properties, historical uses, and the widely accepted beliefs for their uses.

Q) How do you take a Spiritual Tea Bath?

  • Spiritual Tea Baths are not the same as ordinary baths or showers. They are a type of ritual that require time and focus. The typical way to take a Spiritual Tea Bath is to dedicate a minimum of ten (10) minutes, ideally thirty (30) minutes, soaking in warm to hot (whatever is comfortable & you can tolerate) water while meditating/focuses on the intention of the bath. After soaking, a rinse with clean water is required to "wash away" barriers or obstacles that would prevent the intention from being manifested.

Q) How many times do you have to take a Spiritual Tea bath?

  • This is an individual preference. Imagine how often you take an ordinary bath or shower and for what reason. If you lounge about the house all day doing absolutely nothing... chances are, you may not feel the need to shower. However, if you go out and do a bunch of gardening, manual labor, etc. you would more than likely require a shower. What about your average day without extremes one way or the other? Well, Imagine going out for a walk in a park every day wearing the same jacket. One day, it is clear skies and nothing out of the usual happens. The next day, you walk through a cloud of someone's cigarette smoke. It doesn't require a washing, but it leaves a little bit of a stench. Another day, a bird flies overhead and decides to drop a gift on your shoulder. Or, imagine sitting down on a bench and leaning back against said bird gift... The point is, you'll eventually need to wash the jacket which is to say you will eventually need another Spiritual Tea Bath. One Spiritual Tea Bath is not a "one and done" type of thing. You don't need a 30 minute Spiritual Tea Bath every day, maybe not even every week. However, I would suggest one at least every month to clean away any spiritual contaminants or pollutants you may have unknowingly picked up. The type of intentions also may determine how frequently you decide to take a certain Spiritual Tea Bath.

Q) Do I have to sit in a tub to take a Spiritual Tea Bath?

  • Preferably, Yes. Water is known for its cleansing properties, and we use it to wash everything. However, if soaking is not possible, there is an alternative method. For the alternate method, you can place the bath pouch at the drain and allow the steam to wash over you. Or you can simply secure the bath pouch to the shower head and stand away from the flowing water, still wafting the steam over yourself, for a minimum of 10 minutes if possible.

Q) What if I am allergic or sensitive?

  • As with anything new, use caution if you have any sensitivities or known allergies. If you have any questions or concerns about specific ingredients, please send an e-mail to Seeker@uni101.day

Q) Have a specific question?

Spiritual Tea Bath

Detailed Directions

1) Pick a time where you can dedicate preferably 30 minutes (minimum of 10 minutes) to yourself without distractions or interruptions.

2) Ideally, complete a "pre-" rinse or wash before your Spiritual Tea Bath.

3) Clear your mind.

4) Hold the tea pouch in your hands and focus on the specific intention:

  • Shielding & Protection - "The intention of this bath is to shield against and provide protection against all negative energy and any evil/malicious activities directed toward me."

  • Cleansing & Purification - "The intention of this bath is to cleanse and purify all negative energy, curses, hexes, and anything that does not serve my highest good."

  • Healing & Self-love - "The intention of this bath is to heal known and unknown traumas while fostering self-love and worth."

  • Spiritual Development - "The intention of this bath is to assist in spiritual growth and developing divination abilities."

  • Luck, Money & Abundance - "The intention of this bath is to create a positive attraction to increase the flow of luck, money, and abundance."

5) Earnestly request God, Source, Spirit Guides, etc. for their presence and assistance in allowing the Spiritual Tea Bath to go as intended.

6) Add bath ingredients to the water (keep in pouch for easy clean up). For alternative method: Secure bag of ingredients to shower head

7) Soak for 30 minutes. For alternate method: Stand in the running shower water for 10 minutes

8) Using clean water, rinse with the intention of washing away any obstacles, barriers, etc. that would prevent your purpose or goal from being achieved.

  • Shielding & Protection - "May this water wash away any and all 'chinks in my armor' that would leave me vulnerable spiritually, mentally, and emotionally."

  • Cleansing & Purification - "May this water wash away any and all negative energy and malicious/evil doings that have been done unto me."

  • Healing & Self-Love - "May this water wash away any and all lingering effects from previous traumas that would prevent me from healing and improving my self-love and worth."

  • Spiritual Development - "May this water wash away any barriers and obstacles preventing my further spiritual development and divination abilities."

  • Luck, Money & Abundance -  "May this water wash away any barriers hindering the flow of luck, money, and abundance into my life."

9) Thank God, Source, Spirit Guides, etc. for their presence and assistance in allowing the Spiritual Bath to go as intended.

*Note* Optional Additives - You can add your favorite essential oil to the bag of ingredients to create a more pleasant aroma. As you soak or stand in the running water, you can increase the potency of your intentions by washing with your favorite soap. I prefer to use an activated charcoal soap.
